Semua pasti terkesan dengan wabak Covid-19. Nak pergi IABC2020 tak dapat. Simposium dan persidangan lain pun ditangguhkan. Bagi tidak mengecewakan semua, exco MSAB (2020-2022) yang baru terpilih pada AGM lepas bersetuju mengadakan Seminar Maya 2020 Persatuan Biologi Gunaan Malaysia (MSAB2020vs). Tema kali ini Biologi Gunaan dalam Norma Baharu. Marilah bersama kami pada 15 Disember 2020 melalui aplikasi Zoom.

Most of you must have been affected by the  Covid-19 pandemic. Unable to go to IABC2020. Most symposiums and conferences were postponed. We feel you. The newly appointed MSAB exco (2020-2022) have decided that The Malaysian Society of Applied Biology Virtual Seminar 2020 (MSAB2020vs) will be held. The theme is Applied Biology In the New Norm. Come and joint us on 15 December 2020 using Zoom application

Due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak, Malaysia Society of Applied Biology (MSAB) has decided to postpone INTERNATIONAL APPLIED BIOLOGY CONFERENCE 2020 (IABC2020) which is scheduled to take place on 26-28th June 2020 at Hatten Hotel, Melaka.

MSAB takes zero risks in matters concerning the well-being of each of you, your families, our partners/ sponsors, the event team and the Malaysian public at large.

A
proposed date for IABC2021 tentatively will be in 
June 2021.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your kind support, understanding and patience through this difficult period for the global community.

The  Malaysian Society of Applied Biology (MSAB) is proud to announce that we will be organizing THE INTERNATIONAL APPLIED BIOLOGY CONFERENCE 2020 (IABC2020). The conference is scheduled on 26th - 28th JUNE 2020 at Hatten Hotel, Melaka, Malaysia under the theme ‘Sustainable Development Goals through Applied Biology’. Selected papers will be published in Malaysian Applied Biology Journal (MAB), a Scopus indexed journal. We are working hard to make this conference as an enjoyable and fruitful event. MSAB TRAVEL GRANTS AWARD

FOUR travel grants award of RM300 each will be awarded to the successful applicants for the conference

ELIGIBILITY
·        The Student/supervisor is an active member of the Malaysian Society for Applied Biology.
·        Registered student (proof of student ID must be accompanied)
·        Successfully-submitted abstract prior to filling out travel grant application (supported with an acceptance letter from secretariat IABC2020).
·        Applicants with sufficient additional funding resources to cover the remainder of the meeting registration, lodging and travel expenses.
·        Applicants whose abstracts show scientific merit to application reviewers in applicable fields.
·        Grant funds will be dispersed to awardees after the meeting.

REQUIREMENTS:
·        Only applicants that have been accepted for ORAL presentation, will be eligible for the MSAB travel grant award
·        Recommendation letter from the supervisor.
·        Brief CV.
·        A short description of why you are eligible for the award.
·        Only complete applications will be considered. Please submit your application no later than 15th March 2020.

Malaysian Society of Applied Biology (MSAB) is a local based emerging SCOPUS-indexed open access publisher and International Applied Biology Conference (IABC2020) organizer which dedicate to serve the scientific community by serving the high-quality genuine research work from eminent scientific research communities in the field of Applied Biology. MSAB feels great to invite everyone around the globe to attend the IABC2020 at Melaka, Malaysia on June 26th-28th 2020. The IABC2020 is designed to provide a perfect platform for students, researchers, scientists, professors, healthcare professionals, industrial specialists, and stakeholders to share their thoughts of insights and advance innovations in achieving the success of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Full Paper should not exceed EIGHT (8) printed pages (single spacing). Papers will be reviewed and published in the MAB Special Issue. A discounted publication fee of RM250 (USD 100 for international participant) will be imposed on successful manuscripts.
